We usually complete tasks within two business days from the time we start and have access to all the tooling in your infrastructure. More complex requests may take a little longer but usually no longer than one week.
At the start of our engagement we will ask for an email address on your company’s domain. We use that email address to sign up for any of the tools we use to build your infrastructure. We only use enterprise-grade solutions that have been proven to be safe, stable, and scalable. For managing the email account or any accounts we open up on your behalf, our team uses password managers to ensure passwords are secure and safe to share between your team and our team.
No. We work directly in your tools or sign up for new tools when needed. We do this to make sure you control the spend and are not “locked-in” with our services. Having said that, we’re automation engineers and we understand the cost structure of each of the tools we work with. We have a high bar for building cost-efficient automation software.
Most documentation happens directly within tools. We follow all the best practices in software documentation to make sure there’s resiliency in your infrastructure. We also use video tools like Loom to provide additional color on what is being built or improved in your infrastructure.
